Salary: £46,000 – £52,000 basic + Bonus

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable accident repair centre in the Aldershot area, looking to add a skilled Panel Beater to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to work in a supportive, well-run bodyshop with strong earning potential.

The Role:

* Carrying out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles

* Some MET work required as part of the role

* Ensuring repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards

* Working efficiently to meet agreed timescales

What’s on

Offer:

* Basic salary: £46,000 – £52,000 (depending on experience)

* Monthly bonus from 125% – typically £600–£700 per month

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

* 45 hours per week with all breaks paid

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

* Stable, long-term position with a respected employer

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or accident repair environment

* Ability to carry out some MET work when required

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* A positive, team-focused attitude
