Financial Director

To support this next chapter, we are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Finance Director to partner closely with the CEO and shape the financial and operational foundations of the business.

• Lead the finance function and act as a key member of the leadership team
• Build scalable systems, processes and reporting to support rapid growth
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, modelling and capital allocation
• Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit and compliance
• Strengthen governance, risk management and internal controls
• Support commercial decision‑making and new market expansion
• Manage cash, working capital and funding requirements
• Develop strong relationships with investors, lenders and external partners
• Build and develop finance talent as the organisation grows

• A strong track record in high‑growth or entrepreneurial environments
• Ability to balance operational finance with strategic leadership
• Excellent reporting, systems and process improvement capability
• Experience managing complex working capital cycles
• Credibility partnering with CEOs, boards and investors
• Ideally to have experience in a scaling business with international exposure.
