Our client is a prestigious construction company based in Buckinghamshire, specialising in the delivery of high-quality, luxury residential projects. With an outstanding portfolio of bespoke builds and refurbishments valued up to £5M, they are renowned for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction. They are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team and manage a range of high-end residential projects in the Buckinghamshire area.

Overview

As a Project Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple high-end residential projects from inception through to completion. This role requires an experienced individual to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and that contract terms are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of several high-value residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in partnership with project teams and stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective and efficient project delivery
  • Regularly monitor and report on project progress, performance, and financials to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consultants, ensuring continued satisfaction and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide assistance with contract administration, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing project documentation
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, ideally within high-end residential construction
  • Proven experience managing projects valued up to £5M
  • Strong understanding of project management processes, construction methodologies, and contract management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asta Power project)
  • Experience with NEC and JCT contract forms is highly desirable
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification (preferred)
