Gatwick £62,000 - £72,000 + Bonus & Cash Allowance

Following a meeting with the Partners of a Top 10 firm based in Gatwick, I am excited to work on several opportunities as the team experiences a period of exponential growth. They are looking to hire individuals at Senior Manager level who want long-term progression that is discussed from day one!

• Acting as a major point of contact for the firm, you will work closely with the Directors and Partner to oversee and develop a team of driven and dedicated auditors.
• Liaising directly with the clients across a wide range of corporate audit clients including fast-growing OMBs to large PE backed companies.
• Heavily involved in the development of business proposals and building new relationships.
• Work as a team to support the department as it continues to grow and identify any opportunities for upselling.

• You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent with post qualification experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of working within a UK accountancy practice.
• Applicants must already be working in a Senior Manager level position, but there are very clear progression routes to Director within this team.
• Experience of business development including identifying and converting opportunities to sell work.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and International GAAS.
• Ability to manage and develop staff.
