The Opportunity We are recruiting a Project Manager to join our team in Guildford, leading the safe, compliant and successful delivery of projects across our client portfolio. The successful candidate will bring a strong mechanical and electrical (M&E) background, enabling them to oversee technical scopes and ensure high‑quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver projects from identification through to completion, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget performance.

Develop project opportunities and contribute to business growth and profitability.

Manage project risks — technical, commercial, statutory and health & safety.

Ensure full compliance with CBRE project processes, QHSE standards and client requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and operational teams.

Prepare project financial plans, ensure positive cashflow and support P&L delivery.

Support sales processes through solution development, presentations and client engagement.

Uphold CBRE values and promote safe, high‑quality working environments.
