The role offers a diverse and engaging workload, encompassing large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developers, funding and investment arrangements, strategic options, and involvement in major urban regeneration schemes.THE

CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified candidates up to those with one year's PQE, with prior experience working with house builder clients being highly advantageous.
