Tax & Trusts Knowledge Lawyer

Be the trusted knowledge lead within a highly regarded Tax & Trusts team, shaping best practice and supporting complex legal work in a genuinely collaborative firm that invests in its people and their long‑term development.
You’ll play a central role in supporting the Tax & Trusts team by developing, sharing and embedding high‑quality legal knowledge. Working closely with partners, lawyers and trainees, you’ll ensure the team has access to up‑to‑date precedents, training and technical support that underpins excellent client advice.

• Maintaining and developing a comprehensive suite of Tax & Trusts precedents, guidance notes and knowhow materials
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and communicating key updates clearly to the team
• Designing and delivering engaging internal training and knowhow sessions
• Providing technical support, research input and practical guidance on complex trust and tax matters

• A qualified lawyer with strong experience in private client, tax, trusts or estates work
• Previous experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or a strong interest in moving into a knowledge‑focused role
• Excellent legal research, drafting and technical skills
• Confidence working collaboratively and supporting lawyers at different career stages
• A clear, organised communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge

• Salary of £70,000+ depending on experience
