Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Architect with extensive experience in server, database, middleware, and storage architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the infrastructure solutions that meet the organization’s needs. This role will require collaboration across various teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect server infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.  
• Define and implement database solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.  
• Evaluate and select middleware solutions that facilitate communication between applications and services.  
• Architect storage solutions that maximize data integrity, security, and access speed.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.  
• Conduct assessments and optimizations of existing infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce costs.  
• Establish best practices for infrastructure deployment, management, and maintenance.  
• Ensure that the infrastructure framework complies with security and regulatory guidelines.  
• Provide technical leadership during the implementation of infrastructure projects.  
• Create and maintain documentation of architectural designs, processes, and standards.  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure architecture and design.  
• Proven experience with server technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).  
• Expertise in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).  
• Proficiency in middleware technologies (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, Web Sphere).  
• Strong knowledge of storage solutions and technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, cloud storage).  
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).  
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).  
• Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.
