Senior Recruitment Consultant – Banking Ops, Risk & Compliance (Temp Desk) Hays – London Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take on a high‑performing, high‑impact desk in one of the most dynamic sectors in the market? Hays is looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Banking Operations, Risk or Compliance division, focusing on temporary and interim recruitment across London’s leading financial institutions.

The Opportunity As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across temporary and interim roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to place high‑calibre professionals in roles such as:
Banking Operations (Trade Support, Settlements, Client Services) Financial Crime & Compliance (KYC/AML, Onboarding, Monitoring) Risk Management (Operational Risk, Market Risk, Conduct Risk) Governance, Regulatory Change & Controls You’ll be joining a well-established team with a strong brand, industry-leading technology, and one of the largest candidate networks in the market.
