Recruitment Consultant Cheltenham - Hays Recruitment £36,400-£40,000  uncapped commission (Minimum 1 years Recruitment experience needed for this role) We are seeking a sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Cheltenham office in our Finance Recruitment team. As a consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships within finance organisations across Swindon. You will actively seek out and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for temporary roles within this busy sector. The desk available in this market has derived its success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients. Your new role The responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with central government organisations and key decision makers. Actively seeking and engaging with in-house recruitment professionals, directors, and line managers. Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates for interim roles. Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects. Contribute to the development and growth of the business, especially your Finance team.
