We have a superb opportunity for a Head Receptionist to join the team. As Assistant Reception Manager
, you will be required to ensure every guest receives the ultimate in customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true motivator of people and fully experienced in all aspects of Front Office including collating guest feedback, billing and revenue posting. A minimum of 2 years’ Front Office experience is required at Supervisory level or higher, together with full knowledge of OPERA.
