• Assist and enable participants with daily tasks, including meal preparation, personal care and administering medication.
• Assisting with domestic duties around the home.
• Support and enable participants to achieve their goals.

• Experience with or knowledge of MFCS V, MACS V, and CFCS V.
• Clinical experience is essential due to the complex care needs.
• Experience across a range of disabilities, including quadriplegic & complex care.
• Good communication skills.
• Empathy for the issues facing people with a disability.
• Strong belief in the principles of Person Centred Practices.
• NSW Driver’s License (or similar) plus can drive van.
