Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Advisory

Corporate Tax Senior Manager – (Advisory) London Hybrid & Flexible Working Competitive, based on experience A leading accountancy and tax advisory practice is seeking a Senior Manager – Corporate Tax (Advisory) to join its expanding Corporate Tax team. This is a senior, client-facing role with a strong advisory focus (c.80% advisory / 20% compliance) , offering exposure to complex projects and the opportunity to work closely with Partners and Directors on strategic tax planning.

This role is ideal for a CTA-qualified or ATT/ACA-qualified Corporate Tax professional with strong advisory experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role As Senior Corporate Tax Advisory Manager , you will lead and deliver a broad range of corporate tax advisory projects , including:
Corporate restructures and group reorganisations R&D tax claims Share schemes and employee incentives International structuring and cross-border tax advice Corporate transactions, M&A and due diligence Property-related tax matters and corporate interest restrictions You will also:
Work closely with Partners and Directors to identify and develop tax planning opportunities Act as a trusted adviser to clients, building long-term relationships Support business development , including proposals and client meetings Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to performance and progression Stay up to date with tax legislation and market trends , sharing insight with the wider team Collaborate across offices and service lines to deliver integrated client solutions Candidate Profile CTA qualified , or ATT/ACA qualified with significant corporate tax advisory experience Strong advisory experience gained within a UK professional services firm Comfortable leading projects and engaging directly with clients Experience managing a varied corporate tax portfolio and delivering to deadlines Solid understanding of international tax issues (desirable)
