As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be an invaluable part of the Teaching and Learning Support Department. You'll work closely with teachers, providing essential assistance that enhances the overall effectiveness of the classroom.

• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a productive learning atmosphere.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.
• Providing crucial support for student wellbeing, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Undertaking essential administrative tasks to keep the classroom running smoothly.

Requirements:

• A good working knowledge and understanding of all school policies is essential, along with the ability to ensure vigorous adherence to them in practice.
• Physical and mental resilience, including the physical agility to support children in activities both on and off-site.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, staff, and parents.
