Admissions Lead; Operations

The Admissions Lead (Operations) is responsible for all aspects of the conduct, organisation, administration, security / confidentiality and supervision of all entrance examinations taken by prospective RGS students.

This is a part time position, working 17.5 hours per week, term time only from September to April with the addition of October half term.

• Organise the logistics of all entrance examinations
• Set up the ISEB portals and CAT Level G registration; collate applicant information
• Analysis and presentation of results
• Work in close liaison with the Head of Admissions (Registrar & Marketing) and Senior Master in all areas of the admission process
• Make necessary arrangements to accommodate candidates with SEN requirements
• Continue to reflect strategically on the efficacy, appropriateness and fairness of all assessments for entry to the RGS.

• Circa £15,000 per annum
