The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher (QTS) to join there dedicated team. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the educational journey of exceptional young learners. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, delivering, and assessing a highly differentiated and engaging curriculum tailored to individual student needs and EHCPs.
• Creating a stimulating, safe, and positive learning environment that fosters independence and celebrates progress.
• Utilising a range of specialist teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles and address specific SEN.
• Leading and collaborating with a team of experienced Learning Support Workers/Teaching Assistants, providing guidance and support.
• Monitoring and tracking student progress rigorously, contributing to reviews and annual reports.
• Building strong, positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contributing to the wider school life and ethos.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a specialist SEN setting.
• A comprehensive understanding of a range of SEN.
• Exceptional differentiation skills to meet the diverse academic and personal needs of learners.
• Strong classroom management and positive behaviour support strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Resilience, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for SEN education.
