The Role
- Deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions
- Support students with academic progress and emotional wellbeing
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual SEN needs
- Build positive and professional relationships with students and families
- Provide feedback on progress and engagement
- Experience working with SEN (teaching, tutoring, support work, or similar)
- Patient, flexible, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Qualified teacher, HLTA, or experienced tutor (QTS desirable but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- £25-30 per hour
- Flexible working hours
- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
- Opportunities for long-term and consistent work
