Year 3 Teacher

Are you a reflective Year 3 Teacher seeking a Full‑Time role from January 2026? A friendly Good Guildford primary is recruiting a Year 3 Teacher to join its KS2 phase. The Year 3 Teacher will take part in planning before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026 and teach from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher.

The Year 3 Teacher will plan coherent maths and English lessons, lead enquiry‑based foundation topics and run small‑group interventions. The Year 3 Teacher will be part of moderation and assessment cycles scheduled around January 2026 and will work with phase leaders to secure clear progress from January 2026.

The school offers coaching, peer observation and subject‑specific CPD for the Year 3 Teacher. From induction in January 2026 the Year 3 Teacher will join a mentoring programme and have opportunities to lead curriculum projects after the initial term following January 2026.
