An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician, to join a busy Retail Team based in Guildford, working on retail design and fit-out projects for a global client.

Daily Duties:

• Manage and deliver retail fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept through to completion
• Produce technical and presentation drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Attend meetings and carry out site visits where necessary
• Coordinate with the wider design and delivery team to meet project deadlines
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and client brand standards
• Adapt to working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively

Ideal Candidate:

• Architectural Technology degree with several years UK based experience
• Experience in retail architecture or commercial fit-out projects
• Strong technical and design skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant architectural qualifications or equivalent professional experience
