Casual / Adhoc (there are no set hours/days of work - this role is to cover sickness and holiday within the existing team over Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–5:00pm)

Are you a friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for customer service? Do you enjoy creating memorable experiences for visitors? Join our team as a Showroom Host
, where you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our showroom and play a key role in ensuring every visitor has a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Point of Contact: Greet visitors as they arrive at the showroom, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Provide Information: Offer detailed information about our services, products, and showroom offerings to ensure guests are well-informed.
  • Guidance & Assistance: Escort guests to their destination within the showroom, providing assistance and answering any questions along the way.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties, including maintaining showroom cleanliness, organizing displays, and ensuring all materials are up to date.
  • Customer Service: Create a positive and comfortable environment for all visitors, ensuring their needs are met and that they have an exceptional experience throughout their visit.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
