Our client is a specialist software provider, looking for a Customer Support Executive to act as the first point of contact for customers, who speak Spanish. This role suits someone customer-focused with strong communication skills and an interest in working within a tech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Triage inbound support tickets and route to the correct technical teams
- Answer inbound customer calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Provide clear, professional customer communication
- Log and document customer interactions accurately
- Support customers with general software-related queries
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Customer service or support/helpdesk experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Team‑oriented, reliable, and customer‑focused
- CRM or telephony system experience
- SQL, reporting tools, or XML knowledge
- Familiarity with Hub Spot and Aircall is a plus
- £25,000‑£30,000 (depending on experience սկսել)
