The RoleAs the Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the friendly voice and steady hand behind a wide range of client enquiries. From coordinating logistics to keeping national accounts in the loop, you’ll be a key player in maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for all client communication, delivering a warm, professional service every time
- Manage a high-volume phone line, responding to enquiries and meeting daily SLAs
- Keep records up to date, upload essential documentation, and resolve queries efficiently
- Support national account relationships by providing updates on orders and project timelines
- Oversee shipping and logistics coordination with internal teams
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance-related services
- A natural communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Meticulously organised with high attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, adaptable approach
- Previous admin or client support experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
- Genuine progression path with a route into surveying or other internal opportunities
