Are you an experienced Site Manager with the ability to make a difference in the water/wastewater sector? Join us in Guildford on a large capital delivery WTW project!

About the Role:

As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our delivery capabilities for the remainder of the AMP7 funding cycle. Working within our framework portfolio on behalf of Thames Water, you'll oversee a non-infrastructure project valued at up to £30 million. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful on-site delivery of water treatment plant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects within budget and timeframe.

· Drive a culture of health, safety, environmental, and sustainability compliance.

· Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors.

· Conduct constructability reviews and drive innovation in construction techniques.

· Prioritize zero waste and reducing embodied carbon within construction activities.
Skills/

Experience:

· Proven experience in managing sites in a fast-paced water/wastewater environment, as well as tier 1 contractor experience.

· HNC/Degree in Civil or Construction Management.

· CSCS Card (Black minimum)

· Desirable:
Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) and/or Lifting Appointed Person status are highly desirable.
