Associate Building Surveyor - TDD (Guildford, Permanent)

We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor with a strong background in Technical Due Diligence (TDD) to join our expanding team in Guildford.

In this role you will deliver detailed reports, shape strategy, own relationships with clients, and oversee projects through the full lifecycle, gaining real autonomy and opportunities to specialise across a wide range of commercial surveying disciplines—particularly Technical Due Diligence.

• Technical Due Diligence for major investors & institutions
• Contract administration on refurbishment & redevelopment schemes
• Dilapidations, pre‑acquisition surveys & building pathology
• Broad commercial building surveying projects aligned to MRICS standards

• Degree in Building Surveying + MRICS chartership in Building Surveying
• Strong TDD and report‑writing expertise
• Sharp commercial awareness & client‑facing confidence
• Experience meeting fee targets and winning repeat work

• Salary up to £90,000
• Car allowance + bonus scheme (upwards 20‑25% of base salary)
