• Level 3
  Early Years (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Leadership experience (or readiness to step into it)
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete training)

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of your nursery room
• Create a warm, inclusive environment that promotes learning through play and the EYFS.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate activities
• Guide, mentor and support your team, ensuring consistent, high-quality practice.
• Build strong relationships with families, offering clear communication and a welcoming presence.
• Maintain accurate observations, records and compliance within the nursery’s policies
