Permanent, 5 days a week, for 39 weeks a year
Salary:
Surrey Pay Grade S3-4 (£4, per annum, pro rata) – dependent on experience
Ash Grange Nursery and Primary School is seeking to appoint a motivated, caring and enthusiastic Nursery Learning Assistant (Level 3 minimum) to join our Early Years team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support young children at the start of their learning journey in a warm, inclusive and stimulating nursery environment.
About the role- Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Work closely with the room leader and Early Years team to deliver high-quality provision
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing, independence and social development
- Help create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has experience working with children in an Early Years setting
- Is patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Kind and enthusiastic children who are eager to learn

Successful candidates are invited to a one-day interview on Thursday 5th March 2026, with a variety of tasks including a panel interview
