Sales Administrator

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales Support Team in a full-time position based at our office in Guildford, Surrey. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for a wide variety of customers, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Responding to telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
• Handling a range of administrative tasks to support the wider sales team
• Providing excellent service and building strong relationships with trade clients

• Previous experience in a customer service, or hospitality role is desirable
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
• A positive, proactive approach and the ability to thrive under pressure

Hours are 8.30am to 5pm 1 hour lunch and fully office based
