Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Responding to telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
Handling a range of administrative tasks to support the wider sales team
Providing excellent service and building strong relationships with trade clients
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service, or hospitality role is desirable
Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
A positive, proactive approach and the ability to thrive under pressure

Hours are 8.30am to 5pm 1 hour lunch and fully office based
