Job Duties: Transitional Support Professionals (TSP) work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This role assists people in daily life, works with them and their connections to ensure they can live fully in the community. TSPs recognize people’s rights to direct their own life, support skill development, and carry out clinical responsibilities, including reporting on interventions and liaising with clinical professionals.

Developmental Services Worker Diploma (DSW) or Apprenticeship, or DSW Apprenticeship actively in progress - B. Child and Youth Care Diploma (CYC) or Apprenticeship
- C. Diploma or degree in related human services field (e.g., Community Mental Health, Behavioral Sciences, Behavioral Science Technology, Analysis/Technologist, Police Foundations Diploma, Social Service Worker, Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation Therapy, Autism & Behavioral Science, Educational Support, Social Work, Psychology, or Honors Applied Science in Family & Community Social Services)

Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience supporting people with behaviour support plans.
- Resume and cover letter submission, followed by completion of a short screening survey
