Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are looking for a full-time Renovation Carpenter who will be responsible for all aspects of renovations on residential and commercial losses, returning properties to pre-loss condition after being affected by flood or fire. This involves physical work, which would include but not be limited to carrying equipment and construction materials.

• Framing, insulating, drywall, mud/tape, paint, trim
• Exceptional in drywall/mud/tape and texturing
• High quality finishing such as trim and molding
• Knowledge of woodworking tools and methods of all aspects of carpentry
• Measure, cut, or shape wood and other materials using power tools
• Install interior and exterior structures and fixtures, including electrical components
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and frames
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Maintain company equipment and supplies, including chemicals
• Maintain company vehicles (inspections, maintenance, cleanliness)
• Follow blueprints and building plans
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Valid Class G Ontario Driver's license with no restrictions
• Ability to operate company‑owned vehicles
• Willingness to submit personal information for a criminal background check

• Renovation: 3 years (preferred)
• Construction: 3 years (preferred)
• Carpentry: 1 year (preferred), reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of carpentry work
• Build and install structures such as walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors, cabinets, and stairs
• Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures

Full‑time, Permanent

$25.00–$32.00 per hour
