With a reputation for quality products and top‑notch customer service, we’re expanding and seeking a driven Sales Lead to take our sales to the next level in Southern Ontario.

- Territory Management:
Develop and own your territory across Southern Ontario, identifying key customers and expanding our reach. - Customer Engagement:
Build genuine connections with contractors, homeowners, and construction managers—no need to be a “sales robot” here; we value authentic relationships. - Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute your own strategies to meet and exceed sales targets—if something works, great; if not, we’ll brainstorm together. - Pipeline Management:

Requirements- Sales Savvy:
At least 2+ years in sales, ideally within the construction or home improvement industry. A proven track record of territory development is a huge plus. - Communication Whiz:
You know how to communicate effectively, build rapport with clients, and close deals without being “salesy.” - Relationship Management
Skills:
You’ll be someone customers can count on for product expertise, timely follow‑up, and a personable approach. - Motivated and Self‑Directed:
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need constant hand‑holding to stay motivated. - Adaptability:
Flexible, open to learning, and ready to take on additional responsibilities as we grow. - Positive Attitude and a Sense of Humor:
Life’s too short for boring sales jobs! If you can handle a little playful banter, you’ll fit right in. - Valid Driver’s License:
You’ll need to travel throughout Southern Ontario and charm clients face‑to‑face. Vehicle will be provided.
