We are currently looking to fill a Store Manager position as soon as possible.

As a Store Manager, you would report to the District Sales Manager and collaborate with various Head Office departments. The Store Manager is responsible for the profitable operation and success of one store. We’re looking for someone who will represent our brand with integrity, love and respect towards others and the planet. Our Store Manager acts as a mentor and coach for their whole team, encouraging growth and development.

• Maximize sales and control operational costs on-point time management and prioritization skills.

• Business-minded trendsetter who understands today's ever-changing fashion landscape and the impact of sustainable fashion.
• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• Two years of retail or service industry leadership experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to motivate others to achieve sales objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible hours based on your state or province.
• Able to bend, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb (≈16 kg)

• Between 54,000$-60,000$ annually
• A monthly bonus starting at $300, contingent upon achieving the store’s sales targets and meeting all other applicable conditions.
