We are seeking a skilled individual passionate about garment alteration, sewing, and customer care. As an integral part of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers not only feel and look great but also feel confident in their clothing by providing quality alterations in a timely manner, honoring the Company’s promise of delivering quality alterations.

• Sewing production on time and under company standards.
• Continuously learn new alteration techniques and use strengths to train other team members.
• Work toward keeping and improving production quality.
• Quality focus – all items worked on are of the best quality, ensuring a limited number of redoes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
