Your missions Quality Assurance SpecialistAt campus level, ensure that the quality system is implemented and followed according to the right level of quality defined by the Global Systems QA organization.
Responsibilities Right level of Quality & Strategy- Assist the Operational QA manager for the investigation relating to their product
- Ensure corporate harmonized requirements are implemented in the local QMS.
- Participate in the definition, set‑up and follow‑up of the local CAPA System.
- Participate in the definition, set‑up and follow‑up of the document control strategy for local QMS.
- Participate in the definition and set‑up of the local archival system.
- Participate in the definition, set‑up and follow‑up of the QMS training process in line with corporate standards.
- Participate in the definition of local other systems (e.g., qualification, change control).
- Act in the Global QA practices harmonization
- Represent the QA Systems locally and the campus in the QA systems community.
- Define the annual self-inspection schedule together with relevant SMEs.
- May perform self‑inspections.
- Deviation Investigation – Investigate deviations, determine root cause, and document results. Determine and/or complete CAPA as required. Collect and analyze deviation trend data.
- CAPA/Change Control – Complete CAPA and administrate change control process as assigned.
- Training – conduct or assist in training activities within the relevant area of expertise.

- Post‑secondary degree/diploma in biolofical sciences or related field preferred.
- Post‑secondary degree/diploma in Quality Assurance/Control ideal.
- 3 years in a Quality Assurance role in which you were involved in the development and administration of quality assurance systems.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Previous experience within a GXP environment.
- This requisition is for a current opening at our Guelph, ON facility.
- Targeted compensation range is between $60-70k annual salary but may vary dependent upon education, skills and experience.
