Product Certifications Associate

SGS Nutrasource is seeking a Mandarin Speaking Product Certifications Associate, coordinates, and reviews analytical testing on products with primary emphasis on the IFOS™ Certification by Nutrasource Third‑party Certification programs and secondary emphasis on all other matters concerning analytical testing and results. This is a full‑time role supporting the Certification and Analytics Team, as a Program Associate. The position requires extensive communication with vendors, support in sample and analytical results handling, return/destruction activities as well as participation in safety, quality assurance and improvement initiatives involving Certifications and Analytics activities.

• Receive and inventory test samples as required;
• Re‑package/label test samples as required;
• Coordinate test samples with appropriate vendors for analysis and receive, review and discuss results with vendors and clients as necessary;
• Facilitate return and destruction of samples;
• Maintain and update LIMS system with current sample status;
• Generate test reports;
• Generate Certifications by Nutrasource Product Reports;
• Support out of specification investigations;
• Support standard operating procedure development and improvement;
• Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with clients and vendors;
• Other duties as required and as training and experience allows;
• Promote GXP compliance across the organization;

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in sciences or equivalent discipline is an asset;
• Previous customer service experience or education is an asset

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
