We take time to understand the needs of our clients and work diligently to keep them safe  a nurse you will oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of home‑care services to ensure safe and effective delivery, support agency structure and policy development, manage budgets, and assist in quality assurance and performance evaluation efforts.

Flexible part‑time role. Paid per intake with bonus incentives.

• Conduct in‑home or virtual client intakes and assessments
• Gather medical history, medications, and daily living needs
• Document care recommendations and develop initial care plans
• Collaborate with office staff and caregivers to ensure a smooth start to care
• Build rapport with clients and families, making them feel supported from the very first meeting
• Follow up with clients on their care journey, updating care plans as necessary to ensure exceptional quality of care

• Compensation per intake visit
• Bonus pay for each client who begins services after your intake
• Flexible scheduling (ideal for nurses looking for supplemental income)
• Supportive office team to handle scheduling, follow‑ups, and caregiver coordination

• Current registration as an RN or RPN in Ontario
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience in home care, community health, geriatrics, or related areas
• Compassionate, client‑focused, and comfortable working independently
• G license and own insured vehicle
• Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job
• Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
