General Labour - Fabric Technician

Wage: $20.96/hr. + $1 shift premium (Night)

Shift: Nights 11?

PM-7?

AM (Monday - Friday) straight shifts

On behalf of our client, we are seeking Fabric Technicians for a bright, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Successful candidates will be responsible for fusing and heat-sealing fabrics while meeting production standards.

• Read and interpret fabric drawings (trained)
• Fuse large fabric pieces using heat-sealing equipment
• Work collaboratively in a small team environment
• Stand, bend, squat, pull, and lift materials (team lifting often required)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all company health and safety procedures

• Ability to perform physically active tasks, including standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting
• Team-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
• Comfortable in a bright, temperature-controlled workspace
• No safety shoes required; footwear should have white soles to avoid marking fabric
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
