CpK Interior Products Inc.is hiring a Tool & Die / Mould Maker
to support our Maintenance team in cross‑functional operational activities. This role is responsible for conducting repairs, maintaining & modifying injection‑moulding tools, end of arms, fixtures, and related tooling while contributing to SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives.
- Conduct repairs, maintain & modify injection‑moulding tools, end of arms, fixtures, and related tooling.
- Diagnose and correct poor die performance in press.
- Repair or modify defective moulds, including TIG welding.
- Keep production equipment in good working condition.
- Work with cross‑functional Production Engineering and Maintenance teams to increase efficiency, production quality, and output.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, tooling drawings and work‑process documentation.
- Follow and comply with safety and environmental procedures.
- Complete assigned Preventive Maintenance as per scheduled requirements.
- Use problem‑solving skills and initiative to keep machine down‑time to a minimum.
- Work with priorities set by the supervisor, often with minimal supervision.
- Correct and/or report unsafe work conditions as appropriate.
- Provide training and mentoring to apprentices & others as required.
- Certificate of Qualification as a Tool & Die Maker (430A) or Mould Maker (431A).
- Experience in mould disassembly, inspections, PMs and reassembly.
- Experience reading, interpreting and working from detailed blueprints and schematics.
- Experience in injection moulding would be an asset.
- Experience in TIG Welding and spotting would be an asset.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 40lbs using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
- Reading, writing and communication in English.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

- Shift: Day
- Training period will include working both days and afternoons to support best opportunity for learning.
- Schedule:
8.5‑hour shifts, with mandatory weekend shifts when scheduled as per customer demand. - Pay: $43.47 - 43.95 per hour
, as set out in applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA). - Unionized bargaining unit;
Probationary period, wages, shift premiums, overtime, benefits, scheduling, seniority, and wage progression administered per the CBA.
