Calender​/Milling Operator

We are looking for Calendering and Rolling Mill Operators to join our Team. The successful candidates will be responsible to help manufacture our product in support of our principles of safety, quality and on time delivery.

An ideal candidate should be available to work Continental shifts and available to start in early October. Experience with rubber considered an asset.

We are currently running days (4:45 am to 5:00 pm) and nights (4:45 pm to 5:00 am) 4 days per week. As such we are looking for experienced Industrial Operators who are seeking an opportunity to work with.

Please note:

Polycorp is not located on a bus route. Reliable transportation is required.

• Completed High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
• Able to read, write and fill out production reports with accuracy
• Team player and can communicate effectively with co-workers
• Experience in a Calendering or Rolling Mill Operations is a must
  . Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on or have received training in these processes through a certified schooling program.
