Job Description
NSF is seeking to add a Project Manager – Agriculture to its growing team. In this role, the successful candidate will support Canda
GAP & PRIMUS programs to ensure excellent services to our clients. The role will also manage certification projects for assigned customers for certification of new facilities and maintain certification of existing facilities.
- Client-facing role to oversee Canada
GAP & PRIMUS certification projects for assigned area - Serve as the main point of contact for the client in coordinating and executing NSF Canada
GAP & PRIMUS certification services and meeting target KPI’s - Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for all NSF-related services and activities to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of standards/regulations, certification decisions, policies and technical requirements
- Manage certification projects for assigned customers for certification of new facilities and maintain certification of existing facilities
- Compile, organize and maintain client certification documentation to justify ongoing compliance for certification and accreditation purposes and proper invoicing including the update of relevant databases
- Meet with clients (phone calls, video calls, in office, at trade shows, or at their facilities) as needed to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Provide customer education / training on standards, regulations, or audit process
- Minimal travel involved in this role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience and education
- Skilled at communicating through various forms such as phone, e-mail, public forums, training/education and executive meetings
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills
- Clear written communication skills
