Our client is a Leading Restoration Specialist in the GTA, providing 24‑hour response to the personal and property needs of homeowners and commercial businesses overcoming the devastating property setbacks inflicted by fire, flood, wind and other perils.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manage you would be required to manage multiple restoration files at any given time. On‑site estimation for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction. Schedule cleanup crews and equipment. Schedule and supervise sub‑trades. Meet with insurance adjusters and clients. Document claims, scopes of work and services provided. Manage all contracts.
QualificationsProfessional qualifications and experience required for the job are as follows. A minimum of three years experience with disaster restoration contracting. Extensive understanding of insurance claims as they relate to restoration. Residential estimating experience with a home builder, renovator or restoration company. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer literate;
Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
70, per year (depending on experience) plus Gross Margin Bonus, vehicle and health benefits.
