Reporting to the Director, Student Wellness, the IT Project Manager for Student Wellness is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of key technology initiatives that directly support the strategic goals of Student Wellness, with a focus on enhancing the student experience and improving service delivery efficiency. This role manages the planning, execution, and implementation of digital solutions—including online appointment booking, a virtual website assistant, and AI-driven clinical documentation tools—through effective project management, cross‑functional team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Architect comprehensive project roadmaps and multi‑channel communication strategies that proactively address stakeholder concerns, manage expectations, and foster buy‑in across diverse campus departments.
  • Value-Based Resource Management:
Oversee project budgets and resource allocation with a focus on delivering high‑impact outcomes, ensuring that timelines reflect both technical requirements and the capacity of staff to absorb change.
  • Relationship Management & Advocacy:
Serve as a primary liaison between stakeholder teams and campus leadership, facilitating collaborative forums to discuss and resolve concerns, address resistance, and ensure project goals remain aligned with institutional needs.
  • Collaborative Governance:

  • Strategic Vendor Partnerships:
Manage external vendor relationships by co‑creating Statements of Work (SOW) that prioritize user experience and long‑term scalability; hold vendors accountable to deliverables while serving as the lead escalation point for service or integration issues.
  • Adoption & Sustainment:
