This role is a 6‑month contract within the IT division. The Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for end‑to‑end testing for business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

• Understand the business needs of the solution to be tested.
• Use knowledge and experience to consider the scope of testing through all phases of the project or initiative.
• Plan appropriate test coverage to ensure quality, timeliness and management of risks.
• Create detailed test plans using static analysis and testing of user requirements, user stories, system requirements definition, and functional or logical specifications to ensure the adherence of system functionality to expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate testing methodically and efficiently.
• Use knowledge and experience to anticipate areas of risk in systems and prioritize testing to find important defects early.
• Conduct tests, evaluate actual results and raise variance reports.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing within and across integrated applications and technical platforms.
• Improve test methods to help decrease manual effort and timelines.
• Coach and assist test analysts in resolving problems and issues of moderate complexity.

• Post‑secondary education in an information technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in system testing or quality assurance, including writing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and the software test life cycle, including estimation and defining tests, test planning, requirement analysis, test cases, defect management and test monitoring.
• Experience compiling and analyzing data and creating reports and recommendations for management.
• Experience in estimating work effort, scheduling work and reporting progress on a regular basis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Pages would be an asset.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing certifications would be an asset.
