Senior Principal Analyst: ERP & Business Intelligence Strategy
We are seeking a high-caliber technical lead to serve as the primary architect for our enterprise data ecosystem. This senior-level position operates at the intersection of Dynamics 365 F&O and Advanced Business Intelligence
. You will be responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of a cloud-based manufacturing ERP while engineering a BI framework that converts complex operational data into strategic financial intelligence.
- ERP Governance: Serve as the technical authority for the D365 Manufacturing environment, managing system life cycles, upgrades, and high-level escalations.
- Intelligence Architecture: Lead the design of sophisticated Power BI dashboards and multi-dimensional data models to drive executive decision-making.
- Technical Stewardship: Oversee the stability of the Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) and act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the application layer.
- Data Integrity & Security: Implement rigorous row-level security (RLS) and govern data source veracity to ensure a unified "single source of truth".
- Knowledge Leadership: Design enablement programs to standardize and maximize ERP utilization across all functional departments.
- D365 F&O Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience focusing on complex configurations, custom work streams, and module integrations.
- Manufacturing Finance Intelligence: Deep fluency in Standard Costing, MRP, P2P, and O2C processes.
- Advanced Analytics: Expert-level command of Power BI (PL-300 preferred), advanced DAX, and complex SQL queries.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Data Lake environments. Proficiency in R or Python for statistical modeling is a significant asset.
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to distill technical complexity into actionable summaries for C-suite stakeholders and lead multi-phase projects.
