• Suitable formal education
• Experience working with vulnerable people
• Working knowledge of the 'Retirement Homes Act, 2010'
• Able to work independently
• Willing and able to accept verbal and/or written direction
• Good communication skills, able to read and write in the English language
• First Aid and CPR‑certified
• Safe Food Handling Certificate
• Punctual and reliable

The starting rate of pay is $21.99 per hour, and the terms and conditions of employment are as per the Collective Agreement.
