Senior Vice President of Finance – Real Estate​/Corporate

An exciting newly created role has opened for a highly driven and detail-oriented finance executive. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior VP of Finance will supervise the entire accounting department and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company. This position has strong growth potential and could evolve into a CFO role for the right candidate.

• Directly manage the Corporate Controller and Financial Analyst.
• Ensure timely completion of month‑end close processes.
• Review and analyze apartment operation statements on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and update operating proformas for every operating entity at least quarterly.
• Oversee the roll‑up of all entities P&L and cash flow.
• Prepare quarterly meeting books and board books for executive review.
• Oversee all property appraisals and loan draws.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all lenders.
• Prepare ad hoc proformas, cashflows, and financial analysis as needed.

• Extensive finance and accounting experience, ideally in real estate or corporate environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, strategic, and evolving environment.
• A track record of producing accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports.
