What will you do?Manage a portfolio of large agricultural clients, taking responsibility for the overall relationship strategy within the client’s RBC relationship teamProvide an exceptional client experience by delivering proactive and customized business and financial advice, demonstrating a deep understanding of your clients’ business and industryAcquire and grow Senior Commercial Markets client relationships, collaborating with the client relationship team and bringing the full breadth of RBC to businesses, business owners and their employeesWork in close partnership and collaboration with CFS Finance to manage and support complex client credit needs, demonstrating strong credit acumen, as well as sound risk mitigation and portfolio oversightFoster internal and external strategic partnerships and centres of influence (COIs) to meet the business’ strategic goals while focusing on target market clientsEnsure clients are enabled to leverage digital solutions for themselves and their businessWhat do you need to succeed?Must-HaveUniversity degree, in Agriculture with strong financial analysis skillsMinimum 3-5 years’ commercial banking experience specialized in AgricultureProven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management skillsStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsDeep knowledge of banking products and services, including industry specialized knowledge, as applicableExperience and comfort with emerging technology (e.g. video conferencing, social media, digital banking and mobile applications)Nice-To-HaveMBA and/or CFA considered an assetWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
