Acrylic Painting, Watercolor​/Drawing Instructor

Overview

StWatercolor, acrylic painting and/or drawing instructor wanted to teach art classes at the Michaels store in Guelph, Canada. This is a part-time, permanent position.

• Teach realistic painting and/or drawing techniques in acrylic, watercolor and/or drawing.
• Market classes and build your own student base.
• Coordinate class scheduling with Michaels store management.
• Ensure each class aims for students to leave with a finished painting or drawing.

• Ability to paint and/or draw realistically.
• Ability to teach realistic painting and/or drawing classes in acrylic, watercolor.

• FREE Basics: MAKE A Project Classes:
  Schedule up to one time per month — Hourly rate plus $3 per student
• Advanced Classes:
  Hourly rate plus $7 per student for 6 students or fewer
• Advanced Classes:
  Hourly rate plus $10 per student for 7 or more students

• All Grumbacher art instructors who teach classes at Michaels must become certified through Grumbacher.
