Opportunity

The UGDSB is seeking a dynamic individual to join our secondary teaching team as a Long-Term Occasional Teacher – Geography – 1 section at Centre Wellington DHS.

Position Details

Location: Centre Wellington DHS
Rate Of Pay: $59,300.82 – $ per annum; prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1, 2025
Effective Date: January 30, 2026 – June 26, 2026
Vacancy Status: Existing vacancy
Reporting to: Principal of the assigned school

Responsibilities

The Long-Term Occasional Teacher is responsible for providing, high-quality education during the temporary absence of the regular teacher, supporting student achievement and well‑being in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies.
