Seasonal Administrative Support – Contract Position
Temporary contract from March 2026 to April 30, 2026 in our Fergus office. Hours may fluctuate between part‑time and full‑time, including some evenings and Saturday mornings.
About You- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multi‑tasking and re‑prioritizing like a pro.
- Accountable and autonomous in a fast‑paced environment with little oversight.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients in person and electronically.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and eager to learn new technologies.
- Comfortable with change, embraces shifting priorities, has some administrative experience, but ready to grow.
As a key member of the team, you will ensure positive first impressions for our clients and contribute to the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Reception duties: greeting clients, handling phone calls, coordinating couriers, etc.
- Printing and assembling Personal Income Tax Returns.
- General filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position will work closely with accounting team members and other administrative staff.
